CARNESVILLE — Esteban Ulloa and Tyquan Statham each posted double-doubles to lead West Hall to a 68-49 victory over Franklin County Tuesday in Region 7-AAA action.
The win for the Spartans (10-9, 4-4 Region 7-AAA) kept them in fourth place in the region standings.
Ulloa had 18 points and 14 rebounds and Statham poured in 12 points and had 10 rebounds for West Hall. Xzavier Reid added 23 points and eight rebounds and Bryson Jones scored 13 points for the Spartans.
Franklin County fell to 7-14 overall and 2-6 in region play.
It was the first of five consecutive road games for West Hall, which travels to take on a surging Lumpkin County (16-5, 6-2) team that has won three straight.
