SOCIAL CIRCLE — Joseph Mancuso annd the potent Union County offense was on full display Friday night in the Panthers' Region 8-AA opener.
Mancuso threw for 300 yards and four touchdowns and added another 125 yads rushing and two scores to lead the Class AA tenth-ranked Panthers to a 42-21 win over the Redskins on the road.
Sam Gilbert had four catches for 183 yads and two touchdowns for Union County (5-0, 1-0 Region 8-AA). Bo Lynch added 81 yads rushing for the Panthers.
After winning two straight to open the season, Social Circle (2-2, 0-1) has now lost two straight.
