CHESTNUT MOUNTAIN - The Petit Le Mans returns to Road Atlanta next week with drivers and fans from all over the world descending on the rolling hills near Chestnut Mountain.
This will be the 17th edition of the 10-hour endurance race which will be run on Saturday, Oct. 3. Things get underway Wednesday with practice, with more practice on Thursday and Friday along with qualifying and some preliminary races.
It was announced Thursday IndyCar champion Scott Dixon has been added to Chip Ganassi Racing's lineup for the Petit Le Mans. (Click here http://accesswdun.com/article/2015/9/337868 for earlier story.)
