HOSCHTON — Mill Creek stormed past Duluth 41-0 on Friday to give the Hawks their first 4-0 start in program history.
The Hawks (4-0, 1-0 Region 7-AAAAAA) built a 31-0 halftime advantage, as Cameron Turley, Tre Austin, Joe Thomas, Edmond Graham and Brenton King all completed scoring plays.
Turley finished the game 10 of 13 through the air for 145 yards and a score -- a 24-yard strike to Graham, who had four catches for 71 yards.
Thomas finished the night with three touchdowns rushing and 31 yards on six carries. Austin also led all carriers with 52 yards on three carries.
Mill Creek will travel to face North Gwinnett next week.
