RABBITTOWN — The East Hall girls softball team blanked Gainesville 12-0 in four innings Wednesday at East Hall Park.
The Lady Vikings jumped out to a quick 6-0 lead after the third inning and then blew the game open with a six-run fourth inning.
Madeline Hall had a two-run single, Makenzie Allen added a sacrifice fly, and Jennifer Lopez smacked a two-run home run in the second inning to help East Hall with the quick start.
Lopez finished with three hits and three RBIs to lead the Lady Vikings.
Steffanie Redmon looked sharp in the circle yielding just one hit while fanning six in four innings.
Courtney Presnell took the loss for Gainesville.
