Ocktoberfest - Helen

Yappy Hour Howl-O-Ween - Gainesville
Bring Fido and Fluffy, dressed in their costumes for a yappy hour at Tap It, complete with costume contest and pup-themed brewskies. In partnership with the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia.
Thursday, October 29 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
 
Trunk or Treat - Demorest
Piedmont College students are sponsoring a Trunk or Treat at the Student Commons building on the Demorest campus. There will be over a dozen vehicles with candy, games and decorations.
Friday, October 30 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Trek or Treat - Suwanee
Little princesses, monsters, sports heroes, and celebrities can get a slight head start on Halloween festivities when they attend the City of Suwanee’s spook-tacular Trek or Treat event. Held from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, October 31, at Suwanee Creek Park, Trek or Treat is designed especially for children ages 10 and younger.

Zombie 5K - Braselton
Runners of all ages can put on their best zombie face or costume while they run the Zombie 5K! Zombie hair and make up available on scene by appointment. Best Zombie Runner will recieve a special medal. Route begins at the Braselton Brothers Department Store on Davis Street in historic downtown. Registration is $30.

Corn Mazes

 
Jaemor Farms 10th Annual Corn Maze - Alto

Find your way through eight acres of corn! This year's maze is a fall favorite: football! While you're there, enjoy the pumpkin train, hayrides, apple cannons, duck races, farm slide, farm skee ball, photo areas, and petting zoo.

Buford Corn Maze - Buford

Celebrate fall with the sixth annual corn maze beginning Saturday, September 5 with a corn maze, a haunted forest later in the month. Comb through five acres of corn, or enjoy a hayride, pumpkin patch and other fun for all ages.

Uncle Shuck's Corn Maze - Dawsonville

Welcome the fall season with a classic corn maze, or a haunted corn maze! Wind through 12 acres of corn in the shape of Medusa, a Greek legend known to have snakes for hair.
