HAMPDEN-SYDNEY, Va. – Former Lakeview Academy cross country standout Lewis Brooks won his first collegiate meet recently, helping Hampden-Sydney to defeat Southern Virginia in the Hampden-Sydney Invitational over the weekend.
Brooks finished the 5K course in 17:36.79, beating the second place runner by over a minute.
