CLEVELAND - Yonah Mountain Vineyards’ 6th Annual Crush Fest is on Saturday, September 5, from 11:00am to 7:00pm. This one-day festival attracts over 3,500 festival-goers from around the southeast as Yonah Mountain Vineyards celebrates the 2015 harvest and several new wine releases.
Grape stomping, a’ la Lucille Ball, highlights the festival as Owner, Bob Miller, accompanies stompers with his accordion. Hourly appearances by the Atlanta Falcons Drumline and the Atlanta Pipe Band enliven the day. Two performance stages feature live music by several regional and national music artists including: Mercury Orkestar, Legacy, Olde Dawg, The Brandy Brothers, Colleen Orender,
Mat Fried, Witherward, and Julie Gribble and Friends.
Over 75 local and regional artisans will feature wine and food related products in our festival marketplace in addition to several gourmet food vendors and food trucks.
This family friendly event features a horse-drawn wagon tour offering stunning views of the 200-acre farm in addition to a mule-drawn ice cream maker.
Younger children can enjoy the “Kid Zone” bounce house.
Admission to Crush Fest is $30.00 per person including 4-three ounce glasses of wine (a half of bottle) in your souvenir Crush Fest Wine Glass or $15.00 for non-drinking general admission.
