FLOWERY BRANCH - Plans are underway for more than 100 new homes in two new sections of a Flowery Branch subdivision.
Newland Communities' Sterling on the Lake celebrated with a groundbreaking Friday morning.
Officials say the new sections offer 115 new homes.
