ATLANTA - A Fannin County woman, who represents the 9th District on the state Department of Transportation Board, is the board's new chairman.
Emily Dunn has been serving as vice chairman, chair of the board's Communications Committee and serves on six other committees. As Board chairman, she will serve as an ex officio member of all committees.
Dunn replaces Don Grantham of Augusta, the District 12 representative, who has served as chairman for one year.
