WAYNESVILLE, Ga. - Chris Ferguson is on something of a roll in the Ultimate Super Late Model Series.
Ferguson scored the victory at Golden Isles Speedway in Waynesville, Ga. Sunday, scoring a $10,000 payday in the process.
The win gives Ferguson two wins in as many series races.
It wasn’t an easy victory for the Mount Holly, N.C. driver, as he battled back and forth with pole sitter Dennis Franklin before finally securing the win.
Toccoa, Ga.’s Casey Roberts would bring home second place honors at the end of the day, with Ross Bailes in third, Franklin in fourth and Brent Dixon in fifth.
Russell Brown, Ivedent Lloyd, Dustin Mitchell, Jeff Smith and Donald Bradsher rounded out the top ten.
