OAKWOOD — Cook Out Restaurants, which recently opened on Jesse Jewell Parkway in Gainesville, is already planning its second Hall County location.
Sheri Millwood, a local real estate agent, handled the transaction that is bringing Cook Out to the old Home Federal Savings and Loan building on Mundy Mill Road.
It's the second announcement of a new business for Oakwood in less than a week. A few days ago, Ollie's Bargain Outlet announced plans to set up shop in the College Square Shopping Center, which is adjacent to where Cook Out will be located.
"We are always excited when companies choose to open a new location in Oakwood," Millwood said. "We are continuing to grow in a positive direction."
