Falcons release OT Sam Baker

FLOWERY BRANCH — The Atlanta Falcons today announced that they have released tackle Sam Baker.
 
Baker, 6-5, 301 pounds, was originally selected by the Atlanta Falcons in the first round (21st overall) of the 2008 NFL Draft out of Southern California. During his six-year career, he has played in 70 career games with 61 starts for the Falcons.
