GAINESVILLE - The live-in girlfriend of a Gainesville man who was stabbed to death at the couple's West Avenue home last year has been indicted in connection with his death.
The indictment returned against Pamela Ann Porter charges her with felony murder, voluntary manslaughter, aggravated assault, and possession of a knife during the comission of a felony. Porter is charged in the stabbing death of Rodney Griffeth.
The Hall County Grand Jury refused to indict Porter on a malice murder charge.
Griffeth died five days after the June 13, 2014, incident. (Click here http://accesswdun.com/article/2014/6/276300 for earlier story.)
