DAWSONVILLE - A new Kroger is planned for Dawsonville.
Blanchard Real Estate officials announced Friday that they will develop a Kroger-anchored "power center" in Dawsonville, near the North Georgia Premium Outlets.
A press release issued by the firm says the site was recently approved by Kroger and plans to open "one of Georgia's largest grocery stores." The store is expected to be around 123,000 square feet with a nine MPD gas station.
The release also states that the firm has secured additional retailers for the shopping center.
Groundbreaking is expected this summer.
