GAINESVILLE - Chris McDaniel, who gained fame during his tenure with the country band Confederate Railroad, will perform and present his life story on Tuesday, May 5, at 6:30 p.m. at Lakewood Baptist Church in Gainesville. There is no charge for this event and it is open to the public.
During his time with the group, McDaniel struggled with substance addiction, climaxing with a $70,000 per year cocaine habit but has now turned his life around and has formed Chris McDaniel Ministries and is the worship pastor of Liberty Baptist Church in Dalton.
