BUFORD -- The North Hall boys tennis team whipped Buford 5-0 Wednesday in Region 8-AAAA action.
In singles, Jackson Davis defeated Matthew McGuigan 6-0, 6-0; Dalton Patterson rallied from a set down to beat Dalton Counts 4-6, 6-3, 6-2; and Reid Lattanzi defeated Kurt Kundsen, who retired at 4-6, 7-6 [7-4], 3-5.
In doubles, Paxton Gillespie and Matt Booth defeated Truett Adams and Cameron Deloach 6-1, 6-3 and Dawson Smith and Daniel Martin beat Garrett Jordan and Caleb Harris 7-6 [7-5], 6-3.
North Hall improved to 6-1 overall and 4-0 in Region 8-AAAA with the win. North Hall next travels to Chestatee on Thursday in another key region battle.
