Suwanee to host first Peach State Chili Cookoff

SUWANEE - Suwanee will host the first Peach State Chili Cookoff Saturday, May 2 at the Suwanee Town Center Park - a benefit for the Gift of Adoption Fund.

The Peach State Chili Cookoff is an International Chili Society (ICS) sanctioned State Championship. The winners in the 3 ICS categories (Red Chili, Chili Verde, Salsa) will automatically advance to the World's Championship Chili Cookoff, to be held in October 2015, location TBD. There will also be a People's Choice category, with individuals, local business and civic organizations invited to attend.
