CLEVELAND -- North Hall scored three runs in the fifth inning and then held on for a 3-2 win over White County Wednesday night in Region 8-AAAA action.
The Warriors answered with two runs in the bottom of the fifth, highlighted by a home run from Ethan Ramey.
North Hall (7-4, 2-1 Region 8-AAAA) was able to get the win despite committing three errors and being outhit 6-4 by White County.
Taber Mongero, Lincoln Hewett, Corbin Lewallen, and Aaron Miles each had one hit for the Trojans. Lewallen also had two RBI.
Lewallen earned the win on the mound going the distance giving up just one earned run and striking out six.
The two teams will play again on Friday at North Hall.
