MONROE AREA -- Elexa Bahr recorded a hat trick and added an assist to lead the Buford girls soccer team to a 10-0, Area 8-AAAA win over Monroe Area Friday.
Brooke Horist, Ambria Shutts, and Sydney McCullough each tallied a goal and an assist for the Lady Wolves (5-1, 2-0 Area 8-AAAA). Natalie Stevenson, Peyton Woods, Lauryn Davidson, and Kylie Buchanan each had one goal for Buford.
Caleigh Rowan earned the shutout in goal for the Lady Wolves.
Buford next will play host to North Hall on Tuesday in another key Area 8-AAAA match. Kickoff is slated for 5:30 p.m.
