JEFFERSON -- Jackson County scored nine runs in the first two innings to erase an early deficit en route to a 10-7 win over Flowery Branch Saturday.

The Panthers (3-1) trailed 2-0 after Flowery Branch (2-1) scored two runs in the top of the first. Jackson County answered with six in the bottom of the first and then added three more in the second for a 9-2 lead.
