GAINESVILLE -- The East Hall girls basketball team has been here before.
The Lady Vikings dispatched Oconee County 68-55 Wednesday night in the first round of the Class AAA playoffs at home. That makes three times in the last four years East Hall (18-10) has advanced to the second round.

The challenge now for East Hall coach Justin Wheeler and his group is to continue their good work of late. The Lady Vikings have won 8 of 10 down the stretch with their only two losses to No. 1 Dawson County and Class AAAAA rival Gainesville.
They now face a long road trip to Peach County on Friday in the second round.
