GAINESVILLE - Cody Brewer and Kaleigh Nasworthy are the winners of this year's Gainesville City School System (GCSS) Spelling Bee.<br />

Brewer, a student at Centennial, is the elementary school winner and Nasworthy captured the middle school title.<br />
<br />
The elementary school runner-up is Andrew Elliott of Enota and the middle school runner-up is Ben Burns.<br />
<br />
Brewer won by correctly spelling "limelight" and the winning word for Nasworthy was "aardvark."
