Boys basketball: RMA falls to Social Circle on buzzer-beater

SOCIAL CIRCLE -- Social Circle hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer to beat Riverside Military Academy 50-47 Tuesday night in Region 8-AA action.<br />
<br />
Riverside (5-15, 1-10 Region 8-AA) rallied in the second half after trailing 27-17 at halftime.<br />
<br />
Avery Cagle led Riverside with 21 points. Chris Howard added eight points and Wiley Burns had five points and six blocks for the Eagles.<br />
<br />
Riverside will close out the regular season on Friday against Washington-Wilkes at home.
