COMMERCE — Zez Steeple poured in 22 points to lead Banks County to a 57-44 win over Madison County Tuesday night in the Commerce Christmas Tournament.
The Leopards (12-1) grabbed the lead in the first half running out to a 27-16 halftime lead. The Red Raiders stayed close in the second half but could not get any closer trailing 41-30 heading into the fourth quarter.
Kahmal Wiley added 13 points and 10 rebounds for the Leopards. Travae Cain and Zac Orr each had nine points for Banks County. Orr also pulled down 15 rebounds for the Leopards.
