OAKWOOD — West Hall matched its win total for all of last season after taking a 72-67 win over Jackson County Friday night at the West Hall gym.
The Spartans (3-2) won for the third straight time after beginning the season 0-2.
Esteban Ulloa continued his solid play early on with 25 points to lead West Hall. Xzavier Reid added 22 points and Tyquan Statham had 10 for the Spartans.
West Hall next will travel to Banks County on Tuesday in both teams' Region 7-AAA openers.
