GAINESVILLE — The White County boys basketball team moved into the Turkey Shootout finals after a 95-82 win over Forsyth Central Monday in the semifinals at the Chestatee High gym.
Whit Mauney poured in 33 points to lead the Warriors (3-0). John Ward added 24 points for White County. Clancey Loudermilk and Brad Hurst had 11 points each.
The Warriors will take on Discovery in the finals. The Titans knocked off Upson Lee in the other semifinal.
The two teams met in their season openers last week with White County taking a 75-73 win.
