PORTLAND, Ore. — The No. 8-ranked Georgia men¹s golf team stands fourth after one round of the Nike Golf Collegiate Invitational at Pumpkin Ridge
Golf Club.
On Sunday, the Bulldogs fired an 8-under-par 276, seven shots in back of Wake Forest (269).
Senior Lee McCoy, a Habersham Central graduate, paced Georgia in the first round with a 5-under 66. He is second individually and trails Wake Forest¹s Davis Womble by two shots.
Junior Greyson Sigg stands ninth at 3-under 68, while sophomore Zach Healy carded a 2-under 69 for 17th. Senior Sepp Straka and junior Jaime Lopez
Rivarola each signed for a 2-over 73.
The Nike Golf Collegiate Invitational will continue on Monday and will conclude on Tuesday. The Bulldogs will be paired with TCU and Duke on
