ATLANTA - A South Hall man has been named to the Georgia Aviation Hall of Fame Board of Directors.<br />

Alan Wayne of Flowery Branch was appointed to the post by Gov. Nathan Deal.<br />

In addition, Deal has re-appointed another northeast Georgian, Amanda H. Mercier of Blue Ridge, to the state Commission on Family Violence. As AccessNorthGa.com reported a few days ago, Hall County State Court Solicitor-General Stephanie Woodard has also been named to that commission by the governor.<br />
