Lanier High School student nabbed for groping incidents

BUFORD - A 17-year-old student at Lanier High School has been accused of groping five victims at a grocery store in Buford.<br />

A published report in the Gwinnett Daily Post said police were called to the Kroger store on Cumming Highway on Tuesday, January 13 after the store received reports from customers that someone in the store had touched their buttocks. <br />
<br />
Two of the alleged incidents occurred Sunday, January 11, while the other three occurred on Tuesday, according to the newspaper.<br />
<br />
Trey Malik Fox dropped his cell phone in the store when a manager attempted to confront him, according to police. They said a store employee was able to identify Fox in a Facebook post.<br />
<br />
Fox was arrested Tuesday and charged with sexual battery and child molestation. Police said they also charged him with under-aged alcohol possession.<br />
<br />
As of Friday, the teen remained in jail without bond.<br />
