Boys basketball: RMA gets first 8-AA win, beats Social Circle

GAINESVILLE -- Riverside Military Academy snapped a four-game losing streak with a 65-60 victory over Social Circle on Friday in Region 8-AA action at home.<br />

It was the first 8-AA win for the Eagles (5-8, 1-4 Region 8-AA).<br />
<br />
Freshman Griffin Sewell led RMA with 19 points. Avery Cagle added 17 points and JJ McCalston 10 points for the Eagles. <br />
<br />
RMA next will travel to Washington-Wilkes on Saturday in another Region 8-AA contest.
