CUMMING - Forsyth County received the Community Improvement and Greening Award recently during the 36th Annual Keep Georgia Beautiful Awards Luncheon.<br />

The award recognizes efforts to preserve and improve the beauty of a community. These efforts include outdoor environmental education, enhancement of public areas, community gardens, bike paths and pedestrian walkways, and working with the public and with community organizations.<br />
