Collins moves to defund Obama's immigration executive order

"Almost immediately afterwards, he spurned American workers and our Constitution."<br /> <br /> Collins' bill, the Immigration Accountability Act, his first of the 114th Congress, prohibits the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) from using any fees to implement its Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, an executive order which the president -- without the consent of Congress
