CLEVELAND - Some Cleveland businesses are ready to offer alcohol sales on Sunday.

City Clerk Connie Tracas said this week all businesses in the city that hold alcohol licenses have paid the additional fees and amended their licensed so they can offer Sunday sales.

Tracas told the city council two businesses, J.W Reeds and El Campesino restaurants, have purchased their distilled spirits license.

She noted those businesses have a four to six week waiting period from the state before they can begin selling the distilled spirits at their locations.
Cleveland residents approved Sunday sales at the ballot box in November 2014.
