Volleyball: Lady Knights split with Buford, Monroe Area

The Johnson girls volleyball split a pair of matches on Tuesday.<br />

The Lady Knights lost to Buford 25-4, 25-14 and then beat Monroe Area 25-16, 25-22. <br />
<br />
Brooke Balenger had two aces, six kills, and three digs while Grace Eidson added five aces, two kills, and 10 assists for Johnson (12-30). Cassie McDonald had four aces and six kills for the Lady Knights.<br />
<br />
All three teams will take part in the Area 8-AAAA tournament beginning next week.
