GAINESVILLE - Crescent Drive on the east side of Gainesville will be closed to through traffic for about another month from White Sulphur Road to just north of Hall County Emergency Services Complex.<br />

City officials say during that time workers will be completing sewer improvements in the area. They said this is an "extended closure notice." The original one was issued in May.<br />

The road is now scheduled to reopen August 5.
