Cresswind at Lake Lanier now top selling active-adult community in state

ATLANTA - Cresswind at Lake Lanier is now Georgia's most awarded and top selling active-adult community.

Claiming several 2013 and 2012 OBIE Awards in building design, interior merchandising, community, marketing and more, the awards, given by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, recognize "outstanding achievement in the new home construction industry."

Cresswind at Lake Lanier also recently claimed the title for 50+ Housing Community of the Year at the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association's OBIE Awards in addition to being awarded Best Senior Community Clubhouse of the Year by 50+ Builder Magazine.

The development is located west of Gainesville at the Browns Bridge Road/McEver Road intersection and when "built out" is expected to include 934 single-family homes.
