GAINESVILLE - Legacy Link will host Senior Health and Nutrition Day at Lakeshore Mall on Tuesday, May 6, from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m., sponsored by by Legacy Link and Lakeshore Mall. <br />

Some of the speakers will be from the Northeast Georgia Senior Resource Connection and the YMCA. Dana Chapman from The Guest House will also speak. There will also be presentations of T'ai Chi and Zoomba as well as music, door prizes and more, including information about all of Legacy Links services that are available for seniors and people with disabilities. And, food certificates will be handed out.<br />

Senior Centers in area counties are welcome to attend.
