BETHLEHEM -- The Flowery Branch girls soccer team clinched the final playoff berth in Region 8-AAAAA with a 4-1 win over Apalachee Tuesday night.
Corrie Thomas paced the Lady falcons with two goals. Julia Sienkiewicz and Madeline McCarthy scored one goal each.
Kelsey Mathis recorded 14 saves in goal for Flowery Branch.
The Lady falcons will open the Class AAAAA playoffs on Wednesday against North Atlanta on the road.
