It seems to me there is a huge divide between economic information coming out of Washington, and what we see here in Northeast Georgia. The White House says things are great. "Read the data", they say. The Congressional Budget office says things are getting better. "Read the data," they say. But down here where we live we say "look at my bank account, dummy." And I ask: are you better off than you were five years ago? Now
