Aldi planning second store in Gainesville area

OAKWOOD - A second Aldi grocery store is planned in Hall County.

Company officials confirmed late Wednesday that the store will be located in the College Square Shopping Center in Oakwood. They said plans call for it to open late this year.

Aldi's first Hall County store opened several years ago on Dawsonville Highway near Shallowford Road.
