GAINESVILLE - A new report finds that The Hall County School System is sixth in the country when it comes to charter school enrollment. <br />

The report from the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools shows Hall County tied for sixth with the Victor Valley Union High School District in California when it comes to the districts with the highest percentage of public charter school students. <br />
<br />
The Hall County system and the Victor Valley district each have 32 percent of their students enrolled in charter schools.<br />
<br />
Hall County is the only Georgia school district to make the top ten. Charter enrollment totals 8,733; non-charter enrollment is 18,186. The system also ranked sixth with a 32 percent enrollment share last year.<br />
<br />
The New Orleans Public School System leads the country with 91 percent of its students enrolled in charter schools.<br />
