American Proteins gives $9,000 to Lanier Technical College Foundation

OAKWOOD - American Proteins recently presented the Lanier Technical College Foundation a check for $9,000 for the Bagwell Family Foundation Fund for students at the school. Tommy and Chantal Bagwell have provided this fund for Lanier Tech students for the past eight years. <br /> <br /> The check was presented to Lanier Tech President Dr. Ray Perren and Lanier Technical College Foundation Executive Director Cris Perkins by American Proteins Division Manager, Jonathan Green.<br /> <br /> "The friendship and support that Tommy and Chantal Bagwell show our college each year is extremely humbling," Dr. Perren said. "The lives of Lanier Technical College students they impact each year with their support and generosity is staggering. It is an honor to have the Bagwells and American Proteins as part of our family. At this time of Thanksgiving, we our Lanier Technical College faculty, staff and students are very thankful for Tommy and Chantal Bagwell."<br /> <br /> Over the past eight years, through the Bagwell Family Foundation Fund, the Lanier Technical College Foundation was able to support over 150 students in continuing their education.
