ATLANTA - Temperatures dipped to unseasonably cold levels across Georgia again Wednesday morning but will now begin rebounding with rain moving into the picture as well.<br />

For the second straight morning, temperatures plunged into the teens and lower in some places, including parts of south Georgia, as more record or near-record lows were reported.<br />
<br />
Readings around the state early Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) and unofficial sources, included 11 in Cleveland, 14 in Cartersville, 16 in Rome and Peachtree City, 19 in Albany, 23 in Gainesville and 32 in Brunswick. <br />
<br />
After a morning low of 23 in Gainesville Tuesday, temperatures during the afternoon failed to climb out of the 30s (the high was 34) and wind chills were as low as 20 at times. The same was true across most of north Georgia. Gainesville missed matching the record lows for Tuesday and Wednesdsay by three degrees each day.<br />

Temperatures will begin to rebound Wednesday and by the end of the week highs will be in the 60s in most places and lows in the 40s. Rain is expected to move in beginning Friday and continuing into the first of next week, according to AccuWeather.com.<br />
