Saint-Amour, a three-year starter for the Eagles at that position and a North Gwinnett High graduate, is the anchor of an offensive line that owns the top rushing average in the nation at 386.5 yards per game. Georgia Southern, in its first year competing as a member of the Sun Belt Conference and FBS, is 8-2 overall with an 7-0 mark in league play.<br />

Saint-Amour has not only helped the Eagles to the top team average in rushing for the seventh-straight week, but also to top-10 averages in scoring and redzone offense and a top-20 average in total offense. Georgia Southern has scored 428 points this year with an average scoring margin of 21.5, good for sixth in the nation.<br />

"Manrey makes our offense go," said Georgia Southern Head Coach Willie Fritz. "He embodies what anyone would want from a student-athlete at the college level. He has tremendous tenacity and fantastic footwork. He's a great player, a great leader, and also a great student and a great person."<br />
