Some say there is no such thing as a free lunch but they are wrong. <br />

Appalachian Hope Center and Caring Hands Ministries are teaming up to provide not only a free lunch but music and more plus a drawing for a Thanksgiving turkey later this month - and it is open to anyone. <br />
<br />
Youth and adult volunteers from Appalachian Hope Center will help serve. Action Ministries is providing the main part of the lunch. Desert will be created by Caring Hands Ministries Community Programs Directors Lafaye and Terry Murphy who are professional chefs.<br />

Wanda Watson and Turning Point from Lumpkin County will be singing along with Jasper Brown of Dawson County and Noah Hernandez from Hall County, Caring Hands Ministries President Charles Fleming, and others. <br />
<br />
Free for All will be Sunday November 16 from 3:00-5:00 and may last later if people want to stay and eat, sing, or fellowship longer. It will be at 6483 B Cleveland Hwy next to Papa's Pizza. Anyone who needs directions or more information can call 706 219 1980.<br />

"We hope everyone who comes will also take one or more sack lunches with them when they go to share with someone who can use a blessing. That is not necessarily someone who is short on food but also someone who would enjoy being remembered and cared about." Fleming said. "This way everyone can be part of giving and sharing and being a blessing. When you do that you get blessed yourself. We believe everyone can and should have a part in blessing others. That applies to Caring Hands Ministries Community Christmas Dinner and to whatever we do throughout the year." Caring Hands Ministries is a volunteer ministry that has been helping people in NE GA since 1995. New volunteers are always welcome.<br />

The drawing for the Thanksgiving turkey will be held at 5:00. You don't have to be present to win. Winner can be notified by phone but the turkey does have to be picked up by the 18th or another name will be drawn.<br />
