ATHENS - Athens-Clarke County are investigating a body found in a burned out car near a quarry on Winterville Road.<br />

The Athens Banner Herald reports the car and the body were badly burned. Authorities have been unable to identify the victim. <br />

The discovery was made around 8:20 Wednesday afternoon. <br />
