TOCCOA - North Georgia Technical College recently held ribbon-cutting for new classrooms at its Currahee campus.
The 31,000 square foot addition houses mostly health care programs including Practical Nursing, Emergency Medical Programs, and Medical Assisting.
NGTC officials say moving those programs into the new classrooms and labs has given everyone on campus some elbow room. Programs such as Culinary Arts and Early Childhood Education and Care, which started just last semester, now have a classroom to call home on the campus.
