CLEMSON, S.C. -- Former Gainesville High standout Deshaun Watson, who recently took over as the starter at Clemson, left Saturday's game against Louisville with a broken finger.<br />

Watson suffered the injury in the first quarter and did not return in the first half. The Tigers were leading 14-10 at halftime.<br />

Clemson coach Dabo Swinney said at the end of the first half that Watson's return was doubtful.<br />

No status was mentioned of how severe the injury was or whether Watson would miss any more games
