HOMER - The Development Authority of Banks County has completed phase one of the Hudson River Business Park (HRBP). <br />

A new access road opens up 20 acres of the 41-acre site to be used for business recruitment. The road cost the county $83,919. State funding for it came from the 2013 Local Maintenance and Improvements Grant from the Georgia Department of Transportation. <br />

A ribbon cutting for phase one of the development will take place on Tuesday, October 14, at noon.
